Our Exchange / Return Policy
You have 7 days from when you recieve your order to look at, examine, twiddle your thumbs over, and bug your eyes out at your new item(s)
You must email us to obtain a "RMA#" before we will accept any returns or exchanges.
Once you have received your "RMA#" you may proceed with your return or exchange obtaining a RMA# allows us to better track and quickly process your exchange or return.
Restocking FeeReturns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
RefundsRefunds will be issued less our shipping fee
Items must be returned in:
- ✓Original condition
- ✓Orginal packaging
- ✓Unused and uncarried
If you ship your returned merchandise with a RMA# in used condition/carried condition, or have exceeded the 7 day window, your return will be refused.

Ship insured items, along with a copy of your invoice with the RMA# written on it, and the RMA# clearly marked on the return shipping label to:
