The Omni-Block 1.1 combines a swivel and pulley into one tool with a unique sideplate that opens while the pulley is still attached to the anchor, eliminating the need for a connecting carabiner and reducing length and pieces of equipment. The short length matters in high-angle, confined-space, or other space-sensitive rigging; the reduced weight makes hauling gear easier. The user can change the rope while the pulley stays secured.
