Head immobilizer can be added to any backboard for excellent head restraint. Designed and recommended for immobilization only. Made in USA. Includes 1 base plate, 2 head blocks, and 2 head/chin straps. Attaches to a spine board via the handles and hook-and-loop, with head blocks and straps securing the patient's head. Align the holes in the head blocks with the patient's ears when possible so you can hear the patient.
