Thermal Sack Pressure Infuser (TSPI - A thermal maintenance device)

The TSPI is designed for use in rescue operations where ambient temperature will have a detrimental effect on the temperature of the warmed fluid to be infused, or operations where the rescue requires rapid infusions of warm fluids. It can be used with the Floor mount IV fluid warmer, the Soft Sack IV fluid warmer, or the PAK 2 IV fluid warmer

It should be clearly understood the TSPI is a thermal maintenance tool. It is not a stand alone device. The operator should understand that when an emergency happens, it's too late to start to warm the fluids to be infused. The initial heating of fluids in the TSPI is not encouraged. The rate of rise of temperature of a cold liter of fluid is about 1/2 of a degree Fahrenheit per minute
