Its a computer bag that you can use in public with out drawing any notice to yourself.
When required, the Concealed Shield morphs into a Ballistic Vest (DoJ Level IIIA+)
that secures around your neck and waist in seconds

Now, tear away the hidden modular compartment cover and your weapon,
extra magazines, pepper spray, or hand cuffs are at your fingertips.

Each Concealed Shield is outfitted with a holster, 2 magazine pouches, a cuff pouch,
a set of Key Cuffs (reusable Zip Cuffs) and a blank "Pull Down ID Panel"
Additional pocket available for a Ballistic Breast Plate.
